Most of the successful women I know under 30 seem to make more than the successful men under 30 I know. Of course this is annecdotal evidence and doesn’t account for lifestyle, upbringing, or the ratio of genders in my peer group.
i noticed that too, more of them are in stem labs at college than men, and they get hired more often in stem jobs. of course if you ignore the factors: such as getting preference for all these stem positions, plus have significant help gear towards women in college.

Completely anecdotal, but I find young women have significantly more drive than young men.
