  • Maybe self reflection and talking to a therapist instead of continuing to blame women? Seriously.

You admit to being “annoying on the website” , which means you understand how much time you’re taking with all of these posts. Instead of asking yet another question about “do x race like black men?”, realize that no race is homogeneous, and racists exist in every group of people. If it seems like every woman you try to talk to is rejecting you, it’s not because you’re black. It’s because you can’t accept/recognize your own shortcomings, and instead assume everyone is being racist. Stop spending so much time propping up and attempting to reinforce this idea, it’s obviously causing you a lot of distress while preventing you from growing as a person. Take that time to think about past experiences that you’ve previously labeled as racism, and consider how you were behaving and how that could be perceived by the other person. If you still have contact with these women, ask them straight up what it is that turned them away from you, and listen to what they say, even if you don’t agree.

  • I’d recommend weawow, it’s what I normally use. You can choose a source for your weather data, rather than just being stuck with whatever the developer chooses. Weather underground is okay. It used to be a lot better before IBM bought them out, but the UI isn’t too terrible. Carrot is also somewhat decent from what I remember.

If you need a rock solid radar app, radarscope is phenomenal. If you’re into viewing predictive model data, flowx is probably my most used weather app during non-tornado season.

  • I like the part where the cites techdirt article implies that the authors of the bill are tied to big tech while talking about regulation that big tech absolutely does not want. Then they scream about “correlation doesn’t equal causation” while Facebook and co have repeatedly been caught admitting to trying to make their algorithms as addicting as possible.

Is it well written legislation? No. Are these arguments against it well written? Also no. Social media may not be as addicting as the bill implies, but to say that it’s pseudoscience is really stupid.
