People need to organize into states, states need to get their shit together and begin preparing non-violently, together, for the inevitable civil conflict. If in a world replete with reasons why and how civil wars happen against dictators the US cannot see past their own previous Civil War into why they fought it, to decide whether it was due to Civil Rights or whether it was simply to maintain the Manifest Destiny hegemony, they have already lost.
