A guilty pleasure is mine is watching the “best ever food review show” and in one of the episodes he was in Afghanistan and constantly reminding the audience that he’s in so much danger because there are people with guns around him and because the Taliban abducted and tortured some American people (which I agree is bad and scary).
However, the US is also full of armed religious extremists and the US also has Guantanamo bay and other black sites to abduct and tortured people. If this scares you, you should be scared of the US too, especially now were they also stated to abduct immigrant looking people to foreign prisons or even abduct people / presidents in other countries.

That’s the difference they don’t understand. They think you hate them because of who they are (because thats what they do), when we actually hate them for very clearly defined actions and behaviours that they chose to take.
