Not that I’ve seen. There’s stopdrinking with a daily check in post, but not a ton of activity outside of that.
I literally dropped my jaw and smacked myself on my forehead, not kidding. I’ve also heard it before but never realized haha

Or immich!
I found CachyOS while trying to figure out the best OS for my handheld. Was on bazzite before that. I ended up loving it so much I installed it on my laptop and desktop too.

I haven’t committed to doing it full time, but I’ve had a GPD Win Max 2 for a few months now. A little 10 inch laptop that actually has solid new AMD internals. Love it so far

I bet it’ll be more like a subscription for an LLM upgrade, since they’re shoving “AI” into the OS, it’ll need a bit of local processing power but then you pay to connect it to a beefier server

THAT’S where I know it from! I went about two years ago.

I’ve lived in 9 different states (US) and I’m only in my early 30s. Let me count the actual different addresses I’ve had… 19. And I didn’t even count different college dorms as different addresses. I remember them all, but space and time are a blur. I don’t really ‘belong’ anywhere any more, and I don’t feel sentimental about any of them.
Edit: got bored and mapped it out. If I wanted to go on a road trip and visit all the different cities, it would be a ~5,500 mile (~8,850 km) trip, optimized for shortest path

“The company is working on a small-scale prototype that they hope to get off the ground in early 2027. A key goal of that project will be field testing the module’s orbital debris protection system, ensuring that it can withstand the harsh environment of space. The defenses have held up to ground-based stress tests but have not yet been tested in space.”
The only way I’ve ever gotten significant raises is job hopping. My last job, I finally got an overdue promotion with a solid ~10-15% raise. But it was too late, I already had a job offer in hand, and put in my 2 weeks a few days later for ~30% more
I had to wait a few days so my 401k was 100% vested before I bailed, put in my 2 weeks on the exact day it vested, internally was laughing my ass off while saying thanks for the promotion
