    Competitive-nihilists “win” when EVERYbody’s life is destroyed.

    Anyone who treats competitive-nihilists as competitive-narcissists, who intend to continue-living, isn’t competent in the actual-game-being-played.

    ( it was a book on kenjutsu which explained this concept:

    IF one’s martial-arts training assumed that one’s opponent would block one’s strikes toward them, so one automatically could get them to protect-their-life instead of finishing their strike…

    BUT the actual current-opponent didn’t even care if they lived or not, only that YOU die …

    THEN … your trained-instinct is wrong, & will get you slaughtered, immediately.

    There’s no way of “changing gear” at that fundamental a level, in physical martial-arts.

    However, in geopolitics, since it is intentions & actions which are the “instincts”, then it is … possible for one to switch to the actual-game-being-played, & get dealing-with IT, instead of some other … non-applicable category-of-game, in the actual-situation. )

    I believe that Netanyahu intends to nuke Iran, & then when ANY retaliation launches, to nuke ALL Muslim countries, … essentially to prevent having to live with evidence that his presumed-entitlement is false.

    Ideology is rabies.

          (and honestly I’m not particularly stressed about them making some money off Israelis building targets for the drones and rockets made from the components and precursors they supply Iran and help Iran target through Beidou) Again:

              This is an opinion piece, not hard proof. It leans heavily on unverified, and mostly unverifiable, interviews, and it repeatedly blurs the line between trade, ownership, commercial exposure and direct participation. Even the article itself admits that official Chinese policy bars Chinese nationals from working in settlements, then tries to get around that with anecdotal claims. That is nowhere near strong enough evidence to prove that China is building settler housing in the West Bank.

              And honestly even if you took the article at face value, it would only be damning in isolation. The bigger picture is that China is deeply entangled on the other side of the regional balance through Iran: China buys the overwhelming majority of Iran’s exported oil, which is a major economic lifeline for the axis of resistance, and U.S. sanctions actions in 2025 repeatedly targeted China-based entities involved in supplying missile and drone-related inputs and sensitive machinery to Iranian networks. BeiDou is being used by Iran for navigation and targeting. So even on the strongest reading, this still falls prey to the point from the beginning:

              Trade must not be confused with participation in a war or with rendering assistance.
