They can and should see trial. We need to be demanding this, now. We need to be putting our efforts towards that outcome. We cannot just sit around, resigned to our fates, and see how it plays out.

International criminal proceedings exist, actually, I would say this now involves all of us whether you like it or not.
Has a single american ever faced an international criminal court? And have any been punished?
