So you can no longer pick up a phone and just talk to a human and get an order delivered.
Well yeah, I mean even assuming local manufacturing of the product using only tier 1 suppliers, you’ve got to have a monitored, certificated, unbroken cold chain from manufacture to service, that shit is hard.
