Being a mod on that community, all I can say for now is that the decision is being actively discussed on the comm’s moderators’ chat and different moderators have different opinions about this case. Which means that the conversation will, well, continue.

Maybe a bit confusingly, everyone there seems to agree that supersquirrel is cool and his content is appreciated.

They are much smaller than the Russia. Even if they do the same thing, the scale is unavoidably different.
